Privacy Policy

Epic Decks Marine Inc. ("Epic Decks Marine," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to any calls, texts, or in-person conversations you have with us.
1. Information we collect
When you use the "Get a quote" form, we ask for your name, email address, and details about your boat and project (make, model, year, scope of work, colors, and any notes you add). That form does not submit to a server we operate — it opens your own device's email application with those details pre-filled, addressed to epicmarinedecks@gmail.com, and you choose whether to send it. We receive the information only if you send that email.
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever contact and project information you choose to share.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns on this site — for example, which pages get visited and how quickly they load. Cloudflare describes this product as privacy-first: it does not use cookies or client-side tracking scripts to build a profile of you, and it is not used to identify you personally or to advertise to you.
Separately, because this site runs on Cloudflare's network, Cloudflare's own infrastructure may set its own cookies in your browser as part of routing, securing, and load-balancing traffic to the site — for example, cookies related to bot and abuse detection (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance), load balancing (__cflb), or rate limiting (__cfruid, _cfuvid). Whether any specific one of these is set depends on which Cloudflare features are active on our account at a given time; we're disclosing the full set Cloudflare documents as possible so you have the complete picture, not just the ones we've confirmed are on. These cookies are set and controlled by Cloudflare for security and reliability, not by us, and we don't use them to track or advertise to you. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. If our use of cookies or analytics changes beyond what's described here, we will update this policy first.
3. Third-party services and hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes standard connection data to deliver and secure the site — your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. This happens for every visit regardless of the analytics and cookies described in Section 2, because it's how any site reaches your browser over the internet. We don't access this data as identifiable information about you personally; Cloudflare processes it as our infrastructure provider under its own privacy policy.
This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font from Google's servers causes your browser to connect directly to Google, which may log your IP address and request data under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control or receive that data.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to quote requests, prepare proof sheets and estimates, schedule and perform work you request, and keep ordinary business and customer records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the business (for example, payment processing once a job is underway) or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, warranty, accounting, and legal recordkeeping purposes.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have from you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing epicmarinedecks@gmail.com or calling (561) 735-2852. We will honor reasonable requests except where we need to keep information for legal, tax, or warranty reasons.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking marine flooring services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
